Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality food to order, adhering to company standards for presentation and timing.
Perform daily prep work, including storing and rotating stock.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safe food handling principles.
Collaborate with service assistants as needed.
Meet customer orders according to company specifications and quality control standards.
Essential Qualifications
Age 18 or older.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexible and reliable individual.
Strong team player.
Sufficient mobility to move around the work area.
Basic math skills, including understanding of units of measurement.
Adherence to state, county, or municipal regulations regarding health risks in food handling.
Preferably 2+ years of experience or equivalent culinary education.
