The role:
As the Continuous Improvement Senior Lead, you will be the driving force behind our evolution. An architect of change, you will continue to steer our initiatives towards unprecedented success through your direct leadership. Responsible for three direct reports and mentorship of a highly successful CI Champions program you will orchestrate council’s program of work and an extensive portfolio of projects and ensure that each project aligns seamlessly with our vision.
You will also take charge of our benefit reporting framework a critical tool shaping our decisions. Your keen analysis of benefits utilisation will provide insights and guidance towards data-driven choices that elevate us towards transformation.
