Our client is a large Government Department and they are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced Compliance Manager to lead a team for an initial 6 months period.
Develop, maintain and ensure continuity of a robust organisational compliance management system in alignment with ISO37301:2021
Responsible for designing, developing, implementing and delivering frameworks, programs, processes and projects at the enterprise level to ensure effective management of compliance
Lead the development and delivery of the Corporate Compliance Improvement Project including
Determine the most suitable compliance initiatives, tools and KPIs that will enhance the measurement and continuous improvement of compliance across the organisation.
Design and deliver targeted training programs that build the capability and competency of the workforce
Effectively communicate with business units on legislative and regulatory changes to ensure consistency across the business.
Establish and implement consistent reporting metrics for the business to consistently measure and report on compliance performance
Prepare relevant Board and Executive papers on corporate compliance and legislative changes.
Inspire and lead the team to deliver effective and relevant compliance frameworks, programs and projects.
Establish and manage procurement/contract arrangements to deliver the best value
Participate in tender activities as a subject matter expert
