Job description
Profile: Corporate Event Specialist
Location: Noida /Bangalore
Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Corporate Event & Engagement Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of all event formats—offline (in-person), online (virtual/webinars), and hybrid. The ideal candidate is not just an exceptional organizer, but also someone who can plan Booth engagement activities aligned with our product offering, understands how to position the product in live settings, and knows how to interact effectively with diverse audiences to create impactful brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events such as brand launches, internal town halls, product launches, webinars, leadership roundtables, partner sessions, community events, and team offsites.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define event goals, formats, messaging, audience segments, and social media alignment where needed.
• Develop and manage event calendars, budgets, run-of-show documents, and execution timelines.
• Lead end-to-end planning for virtual events using platforms like On24, Zoom, MS Teams, and Webex—handling speaker briefings, technical rehearsals, attendee journeys, and engagement tools like polls, Q&A, chats, and breakout rooms.
• Develop strategies for capturing high-quality leads throughout events, from initial touchpoints to post-event follow-ups. Ensure that all engagement activities are aligned with lead funnel goals.
• Manage logistics for in-person events including venue booking, AV setup, branding, catering, travel, and guest coordination.
• Plan booth engagement activities, design layouts, demo zones, interactive touchpoints, and giveaways, aligned with product positioning.
• Coordinate with product and sales teams to ensure booth messaging and engagement activities reflect value propositions.
• Train event staff on engagement techniques, key messages, and lead capture.
• Deliver cohesive hybrid experiences by synchronizing virtual and in-person components, including live streaming, interaction management, and tech coordination.
• Track and analyze attendee feedback and engagement data to optimize future events.
• Maintain an organized repository of event documentation, learnings, and vendor evaluations.
