Role Overview:
The Thirsty Crow Marketing Services is looking for an experienced Event Operations Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all corporate events. This role requires a high level of expertise in event planning, operations, and management, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:
Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans to ensure smooth execution.
Liaise with hotels, vendors, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and services.
Maintain comprehensive event documentation, including event reports, attendee lists, and financial records.
Suggest new ideas and strategies for event planning and development, considering industry trends to achieve targeted revenue.
Cordinate with other teams for better execution of events on the platform.
Requirements:
Proven experience of 4-5 years in event planning, operations, or management, preferably in a B2B marketing or event agency.
Ability to conceptualize and ideate new event-related themes.
Good connection with various event fabricators and vendors.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
