Corporate Event Sales Strategist

We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Corporate Events Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients for events and experiential programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for event business (MICE, offsites, team events, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, HR teams, admin departments, and event managers incorporates
• Handle end-to-end event requirements including planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and client servicing
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches
• Coordinate with internal and external vendors to ensure flawless execution
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
• Maintain records of leads, sales pipeline, and post-event feedback
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in corporate events business development or a similar client-facing role in the event/travel/hospitality sector
• Existing network of corporate clients is a must
• Strong knowledge of event execution, vendor management, budgeting, and proposal creation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Energetic personality with a can-do attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients with minimal supervision
