We are looking to recruit experienced individuals to lead our corporate event sales team.
As a Corporate Events Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our corporate events business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and delivering customized event solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a proactive, client-focused approach and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for the corporate events division.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients through networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored event solutions.
• Proposal Development: Create detailed and compelling proposals, including event concepts, budgets, and timelines that align with client objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (event planning, marketing, production, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of events.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals that are mutually beneficial and in line with company objectives.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market feedback to inform business strategy.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate event sales, business development, or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Events, Sales/Marketing, or a related discipline.
Skills:
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
