• Oversee the interactive process for accommodations, balancing compliance with operational needs.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims, ensuring timely reporting, investigation, and coordination with carriers.
• Partner with operations to identify trends and implement proactive safety measures.
• Oversee return-to-work programs to support employee recovery and workplace safety.
• Provide oversight of benefits programs, ensuring employees understand and maximize available offerings.
• Partner with brokers and vendors to resolve escalated issues and improve benefit utilization.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., wage and hour, EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA).
• Drive initiatives that support organizational culture, employee engagement, and workforce development.
• Lead HR projects, including policy development, process improvement, and compliance audits.
• Lead investigations, mediate conflicts, and guide leaders through corrective action processes.
• Partner with managers to implement performance improvement plans and drive accountability.
• Ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices across all communities.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
