Corporate Lawyer

We are looking for a skilled professional to provide legal services to clients. As a Legal Consultant, you will be responsible for drafting legal documents, providing legal opinions, and representing clients in dispute resolution and negotiations. Your key responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing well-drafted documents, providing consistent and technically superior legal advice, identifying and acquiring new clients, developing and implementing strategies to avoid and manage disputes, representing clients in negotiations, collecting and analyzing legal data, and building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. To succeed in this role, you must have a graduate degree in Law, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, strong relationship management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
