Corporate Lawyer for Compliance and Governance

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Reviewing legal documents and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintenance of records and reports based on processing bills and invoices
• Co-ordinating with vendors and external parties to facilitate business operations
• Detection and prevention of fraudulent activities
• Collaboration with internal teams to resolve queries and address concerns
• Attending training sessions to stay updated on new laws and regulations
• Providing due diligence on cases and projects
• Drafting and verifying various documents, including notices and agreements

Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of corporate law and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
