Corporate Lawyer for India-Based Functions

About the Position

We are seeking a senior legal advisor to join our team in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide expert legal counsel and advice on various aspects of law, including contracts, agreements, and employee relations.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Identify legal risks and potential liabilities, developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation involving the company.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement risk management protocols and best practices.

The Successful Candidate

We are looking for an experienced in-house counsel with a PQE of 10-14 years and a law degree from a reputable institution. A background in managing disputes in law firms is essential. Experience working in a manufacturing environment handling general corporate and litigation work is also required.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, think strategically, and exhibit maturity in analyzing complex issues.
