Job Summary
We seek a skilled corporate lawyer to support our business units in relation to corporate, financing, and intellectual property matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting, reviewing, and implementing policies and frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide expertise in banking and finance, including loan agreements, sanction letters, and security documents.
2. Advise on mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and documentation.
3. Support the development and streamlining of the company's intellectual property framework.
4. Ensure implementation of legal strategies and policies to protect the company's interests.
5. Formulate guidelines and processes to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
6. Collaborate with external counsel and provide guidance on litigation matters.
7. Ensure adherence to applicable statutes and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution.
2. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction with an active license to practice law.
3. Minimum 12-15 years of experience practicing law, preferably in litigation, contracts, or a corporate setting.
4. Strong knowledge of legal principles, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
5. Proven experience in managing litigation matters, case management, legal research, and courtroom advocacy.
6. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to review and negotiate complex contracts.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess legal risks and develop practical solutions.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
