Corporate Principal Associate/Legal Director – Birmingham – Salary up to £125k

The Candidate

We are seeking a confident and accomplished Corporate Solicitor with at least eight years of PQE and significant expertise in M&A transactions.

The successful candidate will take the lead on high-value deals, collaborating with a team of nationally recognised experts. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing junior associates, while contributing to the team’s continued growth and success through business development and client relationship management.

This role is ideal for a driven professional looking for a platform to showcase their expertise, assume leadership responsibilities, and be part of an ambitious team on an upward trajectory.
