Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Legal Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting legal notices, service agreements, leave and license deeds, and lease deeds.
The selected individual will be responsible for responding to legal notices, customer service emails, and HR notices/DAC proceedings.
In addition, the Corporate Legal Manager will oversee NHB reporting and compliance, draft police complaints, and demonstrate expertise in SARFAESI knowledge.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
