Forge Recruitment is currently searching for an Intermediate - Senior Corporate Services Paralegal to join the Corporate team of a boutique Calgary law firm, known for its wonderful culture and relaxed environment. This position would be supporting the Principal at the firm, in a family-friendly, tight-knit environment. This position would offer the ability to work independently, as well as with a small team! This position also requires some Executive Assistant duties, helping with communicating with office vendors/suppliers. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to grow and develop in their Corporate Paralegal experience.

About the Role
• Preparing documents for Alberta entities
• Preparing incorporations, organizations, amendments, amalgamations and dissolutions
• Preparing and filing extra provincial registrations
• Annual returns
• Preparing resolutions, subscriptions, issuances of share certificates and updates to registers
• Closures and openings
• Conducting minute book reviews and preparing necessary documents to bring minute books up-to-date.

What You Bring
• A Paralegal Certificate from a recognized institution is an asset
• 1+ years of Paralegal experience within a Corporate team
• CORES levels I is an asset
• Proficiency with ALF
• An excellent team player with a keen eye for detail
