Our reception team is the face of Harvey Norman, providing great service to our customers and visitors.
As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for:
Managing incoming calls and responding to queries
Providing exceptional customer service and support to visitors and callers
Collecting and distributing mail and participating in general office administration duties
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
