About The Firm
This well-respected global law firm are recruiting for a Receptionist/Client Services Assistant to join their established operations team based in Brisbane’s CBD. Boasting a great office culture and offering fantastic employee benefits, this is a prime opportunity to utilise your skills and experience and elevate your service into a global law firm’s corporate environment.
About The Role
The primary focus of the Reception / Client Services Assistant is to provide a high standard of service to internal and external clients, creating a positive impression of the firm and the Client Services team. This role will see you working Monday to Friday from +am – 5pm with a one hour lunch break.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Manage the Corporate Reception area
Greet clients and visitors on arrival
Answer telephone enquiries in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner
Offer, prepare and serve refreshments to internal and external clients
Set up and clear conference and meeting rooms
Liaising with the events team and organise catering for in-house
Assist with the set-up of AV equipment, multimedia devices, televisions, monitors, projectors and recording equipment
Facilities management
Ordering and maintaining supplies
Kitchen stocking and upkeep
About You
To be considered for this position, you will have previous Reception experience within a professional or corporate environment, or looking to pivot your career in that direction utilising your transferable skills. You will have a strong client focus, be professionally presented and spoken, have strong organisational skills along with a great attitude.
