Role - Corporate Sales Specialist (Sales Target Based Job)
Salary Range:
Fixed Salary - INR 25,000 to INR 40,000 depending on experience and educational qualifications.
Monthly Variable - INR 5,000 to INR 15,000 subject to Individual performance.
Eligibility
· Minimum 1 year of total work experience with Health, Wellness & Fitness industry, all or most of which should be in Corporate Sales
· Should be a graduate.
· Good empathy and customer ownership skills
· Good customer interaction skills with the ability to recognize the customers’ needs
· Fluency in English and Hindi both.
· Experience working with CRM would be an added advantage
· Experience working and succeeding in a goal driven environment
· Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PPT)
Roles & Responsibilities
· Reach out to customer leads through emails/Linking/calling regarding our health solutions.
· Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads and respond to inquiries
· Run call campaigns to generate new sales prospects on specific events.
· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Work with upper-level managers & directors to define customer needs/ideas.
· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
· Accurate tracking of communication with current/potential customers in CRM/Tracking sheets.
· Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
· Continuously improve through feedback
· To take calls, chats & handle work promptly within agreed timescales and in line with agreed process and procedures.
· When dealing with customers aspire to deliver an excellent customer experience via. Chats, back office or on calls.
· Capture customer feedback and work towards resolution.
· To ensure prompt and accurate information being provided with appropriate resolution
