- Develop and manage detailed budgets for interior design projects.
2. Material and Product Selection:-
- Collaborate with designers to source and specify materials, furniture, and finishes within budget constraints.
- Stay updated on market prices and availability of design resources.
3. Collaboration and Coordination:-
- Work closely with interior designers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure clarity and alignment on costs.
- Provide advice on cost-saving measures without compromising design quality.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to get quotes and negotiate better pricing.
4. Documentation:-
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, bid proposals, and project cost reports.
- Maintain a database of costs for materials, labor rates, and historical projects for reference.
5. Project Management Support:-
