Counter Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Counter Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with automotive parts and paint. Knowledge of automotive body parts a must.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
Assist in helping customers finding exterior body parts and paint matching their vehicles.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work well in a team enviroment carry out tasks in a timely fashion.
Perform basic math calculations for order totals and change.
Experience

Previous experience in automotive industry a asset as we are a very fast paced business.
Familiarity with automotive body panels and paint a asset.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
