Position Purpose
At Talk Therapy Canada, our Couples and Family Therapists are relationship whisperers, conflict navigators, and connection cultivators. This contractor role is designed for a skilled therapist who thrives in the dynamic dance of relational work—supporting couples and families as they untangle the tough stuff and build stronger bonds.
You’ll be holding space for healing, helping partners feel heard, and guiding families through the chaos toward clarity and calm. We’re looking for someone who can show up with clinical excellence, cultural humility, and a deep respect for the complexity of love, loyalty, and legacy.
As a valued part of our virtual village, you’ll enjoy the autonomy of contracting paired with the backing of a supportive clinical team. You’ll focus on high-impact work with clients while we handle the admin, marketing, and platform support. Your role is simple (but powerful): deliver transformative therapy that makes relationships feel safer, more connected, and more resilient.
