The Role:

As our "Bond-ing Maestro," you'll be the key in connecting our clients to the financial opportunities they deserve. Your role is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships that drive success for our clients and Finzace.

What You'll Do:

Client Engagement: Initiate and manage relationships with HNIs and UHNIs, understanding their investment needs and offering tailored bond/NCD solutions.
Communication: Utilize your excellent command of English and Hindi to communicate effectively with clients across diverse backgrounds.
Sales Excellence: Leverage your telesales experience to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with our dynamic team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
Leadership Development: With our mentorship, prepare to take on leadership roles within the division as we scale.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: 2-3 years in fin-tech or ed-tech sectors, with a strong background in telesales and a proven track record.
Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Mindset: A hustler's attitude with a passion for innovation and growth.
