Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the regular class teacher.
• Follow lesson plans and ensure that students remain engaged and on task.

• Work collaboratively with the school staff to maintain consistency in teaching and uphold school policies.
• Adapt to different subjects and year groups as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

Ideal Candidate:
• Holds a degree and has experience working as a Cover Teacher or in a cover supervision role.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to build rapport with students.
• Ability to teach across a variety of subjects at the secondary level.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A flexible and positive approach to teaching, with a commitment to supporting students' learning.
