Position Summary

The Crane Service Technician is a front-line employee with direct customer contact. In addition to technical skills, people skills are vital for effective customer relationship management and decision making.
Job Duties
• Troubleshoot and repair customer cranes and crane systems and other lifting components as directed
• Install various types of cranes, hoists, components, and parts
• Modernize or upgrade various types of cranes, hoists, components, and parts
• Load test and/or perform non-destructive testing on various types of cranes, hoists, components, and parts
• Set up, operate, and maintain all service equipment
• Work safely and in accordance with customer, company, and OSHA requirements
• Communicate findings to the customer and pro
