Industry Exp:1-3 yrs of relevant industry experience with excellent creative instincts + distinguished team management skills. Uphold brand values.
• Balances art with purpose: You recognize that visual communication is more than aesthetic appeal, and create communications that engage, inform and inspire through copy and art.
• Can ideate and make it happen from team : Provided with raw input, you apply your creativity to come up with design concepts and compelling copy, and transform both into finished products.
• Has a broad toolkit: You’re comfortable working with a variety of software – transitioning seamlessly between design tools (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, video editing software, illustrator etc) and office apps (e.g., PowerPoint).
• A comprehensive and thorough understanding of how to effectively utilize Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite to develop corporate materials.
• Is empathetic: You can share the feelings of story subjects and business audiences (e.g., marketers, product designers, leaders).
• Possesses business acumen: You have or can develop understanding of business challenges and translate their needs into relevant and impactful communications.
• Excels at managing time : You can prioritize and manage details successfully in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and resourcefulness.
• Is highly collaborative: You enjoy learning from and partnering with others – taking direction or providing it – and integrate seamlessly in multi-disciplinary teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities of the role include - 1) Ensure that brand and design standards are understood and upheld on all communications.2) Promote a communication design mindset throughout the organization. 3) Support the evolution of the Artifact team, particularly as it relates to continued innovation (e.g., explore new software, processes, creative techniques, inspiration sources).

Qualifications:

Thorough knowledge of design software’s like Adobe suite: Illustrator; Photoshop; Added advantage of knowing Adobe Premier; Aftereffects

Design skills and experience in working on PowerPoint, Outlook and other Microsoft editing tools
