The creative director must be skilled at supervising and guiding graphics and Ui designers, video creators, and content writers to create work, such as a website, videos, an event, social media, and presentation, or an email campaign

Roles and Responsibilities:

Client level
• Working with clients and management to Distill abstract business concepts and client needs into sophisticated, elegant creative solutions.
• Assisting clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Serve as a liaison between the marketing and creative team and between the creative team and individual clients
• Manage the creative process from concept to completion
• Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
• Meet and Pitch ideas confidently and present their creative vision clearly to clients, or upper management as well as communicate in the same manner to members of their creative team.

Team Level
• Build, lead, and review the work of the creative team in the production of all web, video, print, Social media, campaigns, emailers, and digital marketing collateral
• Working with the Manager, Team leads, and team members in the creative creativity of a project.
