THE TEAM

The Amplify Sydney office is also the APAC HQ. We are a small, growing team of passionate creative thinkers that have fostered a deeply collaborative inter-departmental working culture.The small but mighty permanent Amplify Sydney creative team is supplemented by our ever-expanding network of freelance specialists. On any given day you could be collaborating with designers, copywriters and animators as well as architects, fashion designers and machine learning experts.Our work spans an ever-evolving variety of mediums, including but not limited to experiential campaigns and event design (B2C, B2B and B2E), earned media promotions, world-first film and social campaigns and innovative disruptive media.

As Creative Director you will be at the forefront of defining and shaping the work with both the internal and external team across a portfolio of client projects and new business initiatives. You will be supported by the Executive Creative Director.

THE ROLE

The key things that you’re here to do as the Creative Director are;

Be curious. Bring big and brave ideas to the table
Be a creative leader across pitches, projects and campaigns
Be as comfortable creating brand experiences as you are content-led and integrated campaigns.
Work closely with business directors and strategy directors to unpack briefs
Articulate big ideas that can cascade into compelling campaigns
Build and strengthen client relationships through great creative output
Write and craft engaging presentations that will frame the big idea for our clients
Clearly present the thinking to internal teams and clients
Direct the creative process across a multitude of different disciplines including graphic design, architecture, content and beyond
Showcase ideas, collaborate with team members and continue to nurture the development of the team
Shape work that will meaningfully engage with (and possibly even shape) culture

Able to direct internal and external teammates across multiple disciplines to deliver exceptional results.From pitches to live campaigns you’ll be able to craft compelling narratives and deliver engaging client presentations.
