Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. • Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in telecalling, delegate acquisition, or audience engagement, ideally within the events industry. • Experience of managing and mentoring teams. • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive, customer-focused approach. • Goal-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
