In this role, you'll design seasonal collections aligned with the brand's DNA, collaborating with Design, Production, and Merchandising teams. You'll create mood boards, research trends, attend fabric tradeshows, and participate in fit meetings.

This role would suit a Creative Fashion Designer with a background in sustainable fashion, ready to take the next step by joining a family-run industry leader to create unique womenswear collections staff discounts, and career growth.

The Role:
• Design seasonal womenswear collections that reflect the brand's vision.
• Collaborate with Design, Production, and Merchandising teams for cohesive product development.
• Stay current with fashion trends, source fabrics, and create hand-drawn sketches.

The Person:
• Background in womenswear design and sustainable fashion.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern cutting, and fabric dyeing and Adobe InDesign.
• Based in Central London.
