About the Role:
They are seeking a highly skilled Content & Copy Lead to define our brand's voice and create impactful content tailored for a global audience, with a strong focus on the US market. You will lead the development of strategic, high-quality content across all touchpoints, including emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and website copy. Combining creativity with data insights, you’ll drive user engagement, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Craft engaging and persuasive copy for emails, push notifications, and in-app content to connect with a global audience.
• Develop and execute a content strategy that spans website, social media, and digital channels.
• Ensure website content is clear, user-focused, and SEO-optimized.
• Lead a team of writers to deliver content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
• Analyze content performance and apply insights to optimize engagement and conversions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and gaming culture to maintain a fresh and relevant brand voice.
Qualifications:
• Masters in business administration or mass communications with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in crafting copy for emails, push notifications, and in-app content.
• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to connect with a US-focused, global audience.
• Strong background in content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
• Leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven content optimization strategies.
• Knowledge of gaming culture and trends is a plus.
