Job Summary:

As a Creative Promo Editor at Desynova, you will conceptualize, create, and deliver engaging promos and trailers that align with our brand vision and project briefs. You will lead a post-production team of editors, designers, and audio engineers, ensuring that the highest standards of creativity and production quality are met. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a talented post-production team, including editors, designers, and audio engineers, to deliver high-quality creative output.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team through the post-production process.
- A deep understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content.
- Experience in creating promos and trailers for TV shows and movies, with a portfolio that showcases your creativity and technical expertise.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
