We are inviting applications for the role of Creative Resourcer

Responsibilities
• Coordinate the delivery of projects and all associated materials and assist with managing daily creative project flow & prioritization

· Work with the Regional Marketing teams to assign resources to creative projects from the National Design team and support with tracking and reporting
• Knowledgeable in social media/digital marketing platforms

· If required, work hands-on and generate innovative ideas and campaigns in custom social media, print, brand, and design. Interpret creative briefs from the Creative Producer and/or Marketing Advisors to deliver high-quality work that meets the brief’s goals

· Maintain the quality of design throughout all phases for a variety of project types and brand campaigns

· Follow direction and propose new conceptual ideas for various projects

· Collaborate on projects for the internal and/or external designers, illustrators, photographers, and videographers to execute high-quality content
• Ensure that the designs adhere to the brand guidelines

· Research and develop mood boards before executing ideas

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications

· 3–8+ years of work experience in Graphic Design and leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs—InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and AfterEffects
• Knowledgeable in social media/digital marketing platforms

· Strong knowledge of Design and publishing process - print collateral, books, print ads, billboard, websites, and digital ads
• Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills and ability to build and manage relationships
• Proficient understanding of branding and scalable design systems

Preferred qualifications
• 1-3+ years of project management, operations, or administrative experience
• Proficient in both Google and Microsoft platforms, with emphasis on Spreadsheets and Excel
• Hands-on experience in working on Request management system like WorkFront
