Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, located in Moss Vale NSW, is looking for a full-time Credit Controller to join their team.

As a key player in distribution across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to grow professionally within a well-established company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse ledger, ensuring that all credit responsibilities are met in line with (KPIs). Your main tasks will include debt collection, account reconciliation, negotiating payment terms with customers, and handling various accounts receivable duties. Additionally, you will oversee payment allocations, banking processes, monthly overdue reports, opening new accounts, and processing claims.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong customer service and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and busy work environment. Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent multitasking abilities are essential. You should also be proficient in MS Office, with the ability to prioritise your workload, manage your time effectively, and maintain high levels of professionalism in interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
