Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for underwriting secured and unsecured proposals for loan customers as per the laid down policies & procedure to honor the agreed SLAs and manage area business volumesSupervise a team of credit underwriters and provide guidelinesConduct personal discussion with customers to establish credit worthinessControl and contain front-end delinquencies by calling up customer on first presentationMaking sure completion of credit/KYC documents and verification- telephonic, field & collateral visitsCoordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure SLAs are metEnsuring credit policy adherence to the accepted standards

Desired Candidate Profile:
Max Age : 30 Yrs

Experience : 2-5 Yrs of relevant experience

Qualification :
MBA /CAGood Communication skill

Experience on data analysis, Risk analytics, Project Management will be an added advantage :

Immediate joiners are preferred Skills:Credit evaluation of unsecured applications within defined timelinesEnsure credit policies and procedures for credit decisionPersonal discussion with applicant wherever required Coordination with Policy, Sales, Operations and RCU to iron out bottlenecks.
Collaborate with business and functional teams for best TAT and service delivery. Working on Credit Policy, Process document and competition benchmarking - market place best practices in underwriting Regards,Kiran Wakle
