Ensuring vendor TAT.
Adherence of Credit Policy & Processes No deviation in adhered process
No deviation to policy and regulatory guidelines
Highlight ground level feedback
MIS Analysis Ensure individual productivity
Ensure asset quality of individual portfolio
Taking additional responsibility by way of handling vendor management and smoothening of process
Compliance, Audit and CRU requirements Any queries related to audit or compliance to be reviewed within TAT
Any local response / MIS requested by central team to be provided prompt
