Job Title: Retail Credit Operations Location: Ahmedabad, GJ Salary: 3.5 LPA to 7 LPA Person should have 2-4 years of experience in Private sector Bank in handling Retail credit proposals especially Loan Against Property, Lease Rental Discounting & Housing Loans. Should be Conversant with knowledge of Retail Credit, Market Practice etc. Should have basic understanding of prevailing property rates and title deeds, legal reports and valuation process. Remain updated on Retail Loan issues/challenges market is facing and updated on Geographic issues in Collateral enforcements by Banks/NBFCs. Should have understanding of CIBIL, CRILIC, RCU, KYC processes. Monitoring the portfolio sourced, preparing monitoring reports, should be able to identify EWS accounts and prepare EWS reports. Must be technically conversant to operate Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and quickly learn other Software. Interact with Internal as well as external agencies, Relationship Managers and regularly and co-ordinate with internal and external auditors. Analytical skills, Financial Analysis, Balance Sheet related to retail clients and Cash flow understanding including Off Balance Sheet items with the ability to review and understand complex transactions. Preparation of Appraisal Notes assessing all risks in the proposals, complying with Bank's internal policies and RBI guidelines especially retail lending Janvi Soni
