The role: Crew Operations Executive working in Our Cabin Crew team.

This role is fundamental in providing support to our cabin crew and flight crew in a fast paced environment within the Crew Report Centre. The role works to support the Cabin Crew Operations Managers to ensure our customers depart on time though running an efficient operation.

Please note, this role is not approved for an international assignment.

What you’ll do: Working with on-shift colleagues as well as our Cabin Crew to ensure that we deliver a reliable, punctual, safe and customer focused operation. This would be 7 days a week, 24 hour cover (including nights)

What you’ll bring to British Airways:
• Some knowledge of cabin crew/ flight crew and / or experience of working within an operational environment
• Able to work as a team player in a complex, cross functional, fast paced operational environment
• Professional and confident in communicating with colleagues at all levels
• Able to build and develop effective working relationships
• Pro‐active self-starter, ability to flexibly adapt to change
• Emotionally resilient and copes well with pressure and changing demand
