OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM and MarTech System Analyst to manage and optimize our CRM and MarTech systems in our IT Customer Applications department. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the systems to meet business requirements, ensure data integrity, and drive system performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset. In this flexible work style, you will have the ability to work from home and travel into office when required.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Investigate production incidents and resolve defects following application change and release management processes.
Support the implementation of system enhancements and new features.
Work closely with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Configure workflows, dashboards, and reports to align with business requirements.
Develop and maintain custom features, integrations, and enhancements for CRM and MarTech systems. Analyze data structures and relationships to support integration design and ensure consistency across systems.
Write and maintain scripts, plugins, and APIs to extend system functionalities.
Monitor and address system performance issues.
Ensure data integrity through validation rules, audits, and maintenance tasks.
Handle updates, patches, and integration management.
Test and deploy changes in staging and production environments.
Coordinate with vendors and create support tickets for technical issues with CRM and MarTech software. Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in CRM and MarTech systems.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
A university degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamic 365 Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience with process automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, Marketo automation)
Strong understanding of data modeling, and data integration best practices.
Knowledge of security, compliance and data governance best practices.
Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to CRM (e.g., JavaScript, C#).
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations.
Familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL) and data migration techniques.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., GitLab).
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Knowledge and experience with Marketo are valuable assets.
