Here’s what you’ll do:
Project management and continuous improvement (50%)
Manage CRM marketing projects and campaigns from planning to deployment, including management of partners, internal resources and budget
Continuously document and optimise our processes
Build automated reports
Customer relationship management (35%)
Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers
Understand customers' business needs and develop a plan to meet their business needs and developing a relationship marketing plan to meet them
Communicating project progress transparently to customers, internal teams and various stakeholders
Marketing strategy & performance (15%)
Presenting campaign results and outlining conclusions and potential optimisations
Ensuring project profitability by respecting objectives, deadlines and budgets set
To succeed in this role, you should have:
3 to 5 years experience in a similar position (in an agency would be an asset).
University degree in business administration, business intelligence or equivalent experience.
Excellent project management skills to steer and ensure the smooth running of CRM and digital campaigns, including planning, execution and performance monitoring.
Technical knowledge of marketing automation tools (such as Salesforce, Symplify, Hubspot, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
The ability to learn quickly, to be a self-starter and to push the envelope.

Marketing business intelligence skills
Natural ability with numbers
Geeky, passionate about new MARTECH technologies
Bilingualism in English and French, spoken and written (to communicate regularly with an English-speaking clientele, in particular some of our customers and suppliers)
Experience with data visualisation and automated reporting tools
Knowledge or mastery of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python or R) would be a plus.
