Role Overview As the CRM Specialist, you will take ownership of our customer relationship management strategies to drive retention, increase customer lifetime value, and improve segmentation and personalisation efforts. You will work closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Digital teams to implement lifecycle marketing campaigns and maintain an exceptional level of communication with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute CRM strategies across email, SMS, and loyalty platforms.
Design and manage customer journeys, ensuring timely and relevant communication throughout the lifecycle (welcome, retention, win-back, reactivation).
Use insights from customer data to segment audiences and tailor communications.
Campaign Management
Build and optimise automated and ad hoc campaigns across digital channels.
A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to continuously improve engagement rates.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to align messaging and visuals.
Customer Insights & Reporting
Analyse campaign performance and customer metrics (CLV, churn, engagement).
Create monthly reports to share key insights with stakeholders.
Recommend strategies based on data to improve acquisition and retention KPIs.
CRM Platform & Tools Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Ensure data integrity, integration with e-commerce platforms, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
2–4 years experience in a CRM, email marketing, or customer lifecycle role.
Prior experience in the beauty, fashion, or retail sector is a strong advantage.
Proficient in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with great attention to detail.
Desirable Skills
Experience with loyalty program development and management.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing.
Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and third-party integrations.
