Job description
BettingJobs are working with a multi-brand iGaming operator who are seeking the hire of a Global Affiliate Manager to join their team in London or Dubai. Key Responsibilities: Identify and recruit new affiliates to join the program. Maintain relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates. Develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry. Create and manage campaigns, promotions, and incentives to attract and retain affiliates. Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue. Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns and optimize performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of affiliate campaigns with overall marketing strategies. Coordinate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all affiliate activities adhere to regulatory requirements. Develop and distribute promotional materials and resources to affiliates. Communicate regularly with affiliates to keep them informed about new products, promotions, and industry news. Provide training and support to affiliates to help them maximize their performance. Manage the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Track and report on the return on investment (ROI) of affiliate marketing activities. Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the iGaming industry. Strong understanding of global markets and ability to work with affiliates from diverse regions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools. Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
