As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by safely operating our iconic Coles vans and delivering orders to customers' homes.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent (CSA). In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers by providing them with excellent service and ensuring their orders are delivered on time.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, has strong communication skills, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities
Deliver customer orders to customers' homes in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
