CSC|Area Head

Job Description :Achievement of Business Objectives: Numbers, Value and disbursement Ensure budgets w.r.t. Liability, Asset, payment and third party portfolio is achieved. Monitoring these achievements at Area level. Daily/Weekly/Monthly monitoring of CSC Business at area level. Ensure the overall CSC Portfolio across products (LTD) grows on month on month basisMonitoring activation of maximum sales officers in terms of Units cross sold and sourcing all the product portfolio.Proper coordination of HDFC Bank Regional Team, CSC Banking Channel and CSC at the ground level. Recruitment Identification of right fit candidates for the role - external or internalLiaise with HR for completion of joining formalitiesEnsure proper on-boarding of the candidates - training and mentoringProvide clear direction to the candidates w.r.t. overall job objectives and expectationsProvide on the job product/process/business support Exploring new markets and segmentsWork in tandem with the CSC to identify new business opportunity for the bank Take product help for customization of product portfolio to suit the requirements of identified markets/segmentsCSC VisitsEnsure feedback taken during visit and send to product / process for implementation Identify opportunities and new business during visits.Work out strategies for area which are in tandem with CSC business objectives Performance evaluationMonthly performance evaluation of teamMentor and guide non performing members of the team Periodically review performance of non performing sales officers Regular business updates to senior management and team:Provide pre-defined MIS updates to Regional Head on Daily/ weekly/monthly basisEnsure clarity and accuracy of data and MIS SkillsTeam Handling SkillsSales and Influencing SkillsBanking Product & Process KnowledgeRegulatory KnowledgePlanning and Organizing SkillsCommunicationKnowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
