Role Purpose
• The purpose of this role is to process customer needs meeting service delivery standards of the bank and to establish new customer relationships by cross selling various bank products.
• To attain goal sheet (business performance) from existing/ new customers.
• To ensure accurate, timely and error free operational processing of customer needs and requests.
• To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned as business needs require:
• Cross selling banking products including CASA, TS/ FD, Revenue from LI/ GI/MF/ TF/ Forex, Sourcing HNIs
• To ensure complete customer satisfaction, to work within established standards of customer service for the branch
• To interact with customers and be able to answer and satisfy all customer queries and needs, within the boundaries set.
• To do cross product sales, acquisition of new customer accounts, by expanding both the breadth and depth of customer relationships.
• To constantly endeavor to improve existing customer relationships and involve in Sales to deepen the same.
• To keep updating knowledge and exposure to various banking products both internal as well as competitor.
• To continuously improve product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitor products.
• To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary
• To ensure the best visual impact of the branches on customers

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
