We are Zerorin and we help people clear their debts faster. Our mobile app provides users with personalized debt management solutions, leveraging technology to empower them with tools and resources for financial freedom. We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and driven Co-Founder & CTO to join us on our mission to transform the financial health of millions.

Note: We are a very early stage startup planning to complete MVP and raise Pre-seed. As you know building startup is very difficult and is not cool at all as it may seems so please only apply if you are emotionally and mentally prepared.

Position Overview:

As the Co-Founder & CTO, you will be a key member of the founding team, responsible for leading all aspects of technology development and strategy. This role is not just about technical leadership but also about shaping the direction of the company. You will be instrumental in building our product from the ground up, scaling our technology infrastructure, and ensuring our app meets the highest standards of performance, security, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Lead the development of our mobile app, ensuring that it is scalable, secure, and user-friendly. Define the tech stack, architecture, and development roadmap.

Product Development: Work closely with the CEO, backers, and other team members to translate the company's vision into a product that meets market needs. Oversee the end-to-end development cycle, from initial concept to deployment and iteration.

Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing tech team as the company grows. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the tech team.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the overall business strategy and growth plans. Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies to keep the product competitive and relevant.

Compliance & Security: Ensure the app complies with all relevant regulations, especially in the fintech sector, and adheres to best practices for data security and privacy.

Partnerships & Integrations: Work on integrations with third-party services, APIs, and fintech platforms to enhance the app’s offerings. Establish and maintain technical partnerships that align with our business goals.

Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years of experience in software development with at least 1 year in a leadership role, preferably as a CTO or Senior Engineering Manager, Technical lead. Experience working in fintech is mandatory, with a focus on lending apps, neobanking, or other fintech solutions.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in mobile app development (iOS/Android), cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and modern development frameworks. Knowledge of AI/ML, and data analytics is a plus.

Leadership & Vision: Proven track record of building and leading tech teams. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align technology with business goals.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: Must be highly motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. A passion for fintech and financial inclusion is essential.

Compensation:

Equity: Significant equity stake in the company as a co-founder.

Salary: We both will start with lower range and gradually increase. We both will have same pay which can be discussed.
