Responsibilities:-
Creative- to produce high-quality graphic materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and overall visual identity.
Project Management: Oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and requirements are met.
Brand Development & Strategy: Develop and refine the visual identity of the brand, including logos, typography, color schemes, and other brand elements.
Concept Development: Generate innovative ideas for various design projects such as advertisements, brochures, packaging, digital content, and more.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients or stakeholders to understand their needs, provide design
Quality Control: Ensure that all design work maintains high standards in terms of aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.
Skills & Competencies :
-Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or other tools.
-Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges with innovative solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring all design elements are polished and meet brand standards and client expectations.
-Time Management: Effectively managing multiple design projects with various deadlines simultaneously.
Key Deliverables:
- Brand guidelines and design systems
- Visual assets for digital and print (websites, social media, brochures, posters, etc.)
- Packaging, product design, and any other materials that require visual design
- Design proposals, mockups, and presentations
