ROLE OBJECTIVE –Major role shall be relationship building, researching the market and related products along with presenting the product favorably and in a structured professional manner.2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers (Chefs) Acting as a contact between FS brand and its existing and potential markets Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sales. Also negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers and managers and challenging any objectives with a view to getting the customer to buy Demonstration of FS products to make different dishes Developing innovative dishes and menus for customers with FS products Menu development for customers Create a basket selling strategy for the sales team and a cuisine selling approach Training of sales team on cooking different dishes across cuisines with FS productsSpecific skill sets: Excellent communication skills Demonstration skills Cooking & plating skills especially in Indian Cuisine Excellent selling & negotiation skills
