Customer Administrator Manager
With 11 direct reports, you will identify top talent, develop growth strategies, and ensure business outcomes and SLAs are achieved & enhanced.
About the role
If you are passionate about providing excellent service to wow our customers, this is your chance to be at the forefront of it all.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be at the centre of the action. In this key role you’ll:
Ensure top talent is identified early and develop and implement plans to fuel growth and success.
Lead with confidence to motivate, coach and support your team through complex situations
Bring your customer-centric mindset to ensure that customers are the focal point of all your decisions, actions, and interactions
Use your action-oriented personality to act with a sense of urgency, and enthusiasm to identify the root cause of an issue
Achieve and continually improve business outcomes and SLAs.
Our ideal candidate will:
Demonstrate experience empowering teams to achieve exceptional growth through dynamic leadership.
Have a strong background in training and coaching.
Demonstrated track record of consistently improving business outcomes.
Identify instances where you have consistently placed the customer at the forefront of all your actions.
Demonstrate your strong time management skills and your ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
Location:
Wellington, Auckland or Christchurch.
