Full job description
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Care & Digital Marketing Executive to join our corporate team. This role is exclusively for female candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and proven experience in digital marketing. The candidate will be the key point of contact for customer care operations and will manage our Google reviews and online reputation across multiple store locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customer care inquiries at the corporate level.
Address and resolve customer feedback, complaints, and queries promptly and professionally.
Monitor, manage, and respond to Google reviews for individual stores to maintain a positive brand image.
Work closely with store teams to follow up on customer feedback and ensure timely resolutions.
Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage positive online reviews.
Assist in front-end office tasks, visitor management, and internal coordination.
Support digital marketing activities including basic content updates, social media monitoring, and review analytics.
Generate periodic reports on customer feedback trends and Google review performance.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Female candidates only.
Graduate in any discipline; a background in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is preferred.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in customer care, digital marketing, or online reputation management.
Strong knowledge of Google My Business and handling Google reviews.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
Friendly, patient, and able to handle customer escalations calmly.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfort with basic digital tools.
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
