1. Replying to comments and DM's on Facebook and Instagram
2. Replying to live messages on website chat box
3. Making abandoned cart calls
4. Return and Exchange order request processing
5. Non Delivery Report Calls
6.Replying to Emails and WhatsApp messages as and when required
7.Resolving customer queries & providing the necessary support to customers
